Subject: Application to Participate and Learn at the 10th Annual Agricultural Policy Conference
Chairperson, Organizing Committee,
I hope this email finds you well.
I would like to take this opportunity to submit an application on behalf of Agri-youth Forum to participate in the 10th Annual Agricultural Policy Conference (AAPC), scheduled to take place from April 17th to 19th, 2024, in Dodoma, Tanzania.
Agri-youth Forum is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting development in the agriculture, environmental, and policy advocacy sectors. We are a youth-led organization based in Dodoma. We work closely with youth and women groups across the entire agriculture sector through our programs.
We recognize the importance of this conference, which will bring together experts and stakeholders in the agriculture sector to discuss crucial topics concerning agricultural policies and food systems. As a young organization, we are eager to learn from experts and contribute to discussions on the future of agriculture and food systems, while continuing to empower and support youth and women in the agriculture sector.
I believe that our participation in this event will help us expand our knowledge and build our capacity to bring about positive change in society, especially for young people working in the agriculture sector. Therefore, we kindly request an invitation to attend this important event so that we can participate fully and learn from other stakeholders, while furthering our collaboration with youth and women groups in the agriculture sector.
We extend our sincere thanks for considering our application.
