Tanzania Private Sector to Convene for Millennium Challenge Corporation Threshold Program Consultation


Dar es Salaam, Tanzania – The Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF) has announced a pivotal meeting aimed at aligning the private sector’s interests and insights with the upcoming Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Threshold Program in Tanzania. This consultative meeting is set to take place on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, at the TPSF Boardroom, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The meeting’s core objective is to gather valuable feedback and recommendations from the private sector concerning crucial areas such as enhancing the business environment, broadening access to finance, fostering trade, ensuring inclusivity for youth, women, and SMEs, and strengthening the agricultural value chain. This initiative underscores the critical role of the private sector in shaping a conducive landscape for economic development and cooperation under the MCC Threshold Program.
