AMEA Global Appoints Peter Nduati to Lead Kenya Operations and Drive Strategic BDS Roadmap

NAIROBI, Kenya – AMEA Global has announced the appointment of Peter Nduati as its new Country Lead for Kenya, a strategic move aimed at strengthening the country’s Business Development Services (BDS) ecosystem.

In his new capacity, Nduati is tasked with providing strategic leadership to the AMEA Kenya Local Network. His primary mandate is to advance BDS standards, foster learning, and strengthen the broader ecosystem to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

A key component of Nduati’s portfolio will be leading the implementation of the Kenya BDS Roadmap (2026–2028). He is also expected to champion the integration of ISO 18716–aligned BDS standards and promote digital interoperability within the sector.

According to the statement released by AMEA Global, Nduati will play a pivotal role in convening multi-stakeholder platforms. These platforms will bring together policymakers, the private sector, and development partners to align around a coordinated, market-led, and standards-driven system.

A Veteran in Enterprise Development

Nduati brings over two decades of experience to the role, with a strong background in enterprise development, digital learning, and ecosystem building. He is the Founder and CEO of Africa Turnaround Ltd (ATL), an organization recognized as a regional pioneer in delivering blended, standards-aligned BDS and coach certification.

AMEA Global expressed confidence that under Nduati’s leadership, the Kenya network is positioned to become a continental benchmark. The organization aims to set new standards for private-sector-led BDS standardization, digital transformation, and inclusive enterprise growth, specifically targeting improved support for MSMEs and youth across Africa.

The Agribusiness Market Ecosystem Alliance (AMEA) is a global network dedicated to transforming the way farmers and small businesses are supported. By introducing standardized methodologies and professionalizing Business Development Services, AMEA works to create a more effective and sustainable ecosystem for agricultural business growth.
