The 3rd TAFORI Scientific Conference Focuses on Restoring Forest Landscapes for Sustainable Development
Arusha, Tanzania – The Tanzania Forestry Research Institute (TAFORI), under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism, is set to host the 3rd TAFORI Scientific Conference from December 11th to 13th, 2024, at the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC). This year’s conference theme, “Restoring Forest Landscapes for Sustainable Development and Climate Change Mitigation,” underscores the critical role of forest restoration in addressing climate change and promoting sustainable development.
